Providence Restaurant Group, LLC is a Back Yard Burgers franchisee which began operations on July 22, 2004. Back Yard Burgers is a quick service restaurant that has a variety of menu options such as delicious 100% Black Angus beef Hamburgers, savory chicken sandwiches, 100% Black Angus beef hot dogs, mouth-watering cobbler, and an assortment of shakes. Our overall objective is to provide the guest with a dining experience that combines great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and unsurpassed customer service. Customer satisfaction is indicative of how a restaurant operates. For us, quality is the key and must be given to the customer in every aspect of our business. In addition to eating at a Back Yard Burgers location, we also provide Catering services for businesses, schools, churches, private parties, and any other event where you want the feel of a back yard barbeque without hassling with the details. Currently, we have one location in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
